Frequently asked questions.
What types of parts or projects do you specialize in?
We specialize in custom CNC machining for industries that demand precision—especially medical, aerospace, and high-performance prototyping. Whether it’s a one-off part or a short production run, we’re built for custom, complex, and fast-turn jobs.
How fast can I get a quote?
We aim to respond to all quote requests same-day—as long as we receive your files before 3:00 PM MST. Send us your CAD or PDF files, and we’ll get a quote back to you fast. Need something even quicker? Give us a call.
Do you sign NDAs for confidential projects?
Absolutely.
Most of our clients work on proprietary designs or sensitive parts, so we’re very familiar with non-disclosure agreements. If your project requires an NDA, just send it our way—we’re happy to sign and keep your work fully protected.
What does your process look like from quote to delivery?
Here’s how it works:
You send us a file (CAD, PDF, or drawing) of what you need machined.
We review and quote—typically same day if received before 3 PM MST.
Once approved, we begin machining immediately.
After machining, each part is deburred, measured to spec, and tolerance-tested before delivery.
Our process is streamlined to get you high-quality parts—fast.
Do you work with small batch or prototype orders?
Absolutely. We frequently work on low-volume jobs, one-off custom parts, and prototypes. If it’s high-stakes or highly specific, we’re probably the right shop for it.
Can I send you a CAD file or technical drawing?
Yes—please do! We accept most CAD formats as well as PDFs and prints. The more detail you provide, the faster we can quote and get started.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Riverton, Utah and proudly serve the Salt Lake Valley and beyond. Local pickup and delivery may be available depending on the job.
What materials can you machine?
We work with a wide range of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, delrin, and many industrial-grade plastics. Not sure if we can machine your material? Reach out—we’ll let you know right away.
